Obituary of Robert E. Pottle

POTTLE, ROBERT E., son of Roy Pottle, Sr., and Helen Morse Bogrette Pottle, passed from this earth peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was a great family man, raising seven children and was there for them when they needed him most. He grew up on the farm in Perry, Maine and trained himself in construction engineering, at which he was very successful. His passion was his family and playing golf. He retired to Spring Hill, Florida with his son, Allen, playing golf and entertaining family and friends, always sharing his wonderful sense of humor. He is survived by his children, R. Lawrence and Maureen of Plymouth, ME, Edmond of Nashua, NH, Gary and Anita of Hartford, ME; Patricia and Dennis Lavalley of Alexander, ME, Allen of Spring Hill, FL, Mark and Maria of Madbury, NH, Elizabeth and Vincent Sampo of Francovia, NH and Marissa Pottle. He is also survived by a sister, Mary Helen McDonald and a special sister-in-law, Sandra Pottle of Perry, ME; 13 grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
