Obituary of William Leroy Schierholz

A loving Husband, Father, Grandpa, Great Grandpa and Great Great Grandpa. We all know who we are. Bill was born in Iowa where he spent most of his life. He supported his family by driving a garage truck for 20 plus years then turned to roofing. He was a foreman, but with his crew he was just one of the guys. Outside of work he enjoyed bowling and weekend card games with family and friends. In the early 2000's he moved with his wife Esther to Florida where he lived out his remaining years. He resided at Southgate Senior Apts. where he met many new friends. He enjoyed helping out, maintenance, doing odd jobs and also helping residents run errands. His last few years he lived out his life at an assisted living in Brooksville. He retired peacefully on August 30th. He will always be remembered and loved by everyone in their own way.
