Emanuel Frank Grella was born in New York on February 26, 1932 to Vito and Antoinette Grella, and died on March 17, 2022 in Spring Hill, Florida. Emanuel grew up in Brooklyn, New York the oldest of three siblings. After his 18th birthday, Emanuel enlisted in the army and was stationed in Berlin, Germany. It was there that he met a single mother, Ursula, and her young son, Werner. Ursula and Emanuel fell in love and she moved with him back to his home in Brooklyn, New York. They were married on May 14th, 1955. Six years later, Emanuel and his wife, Ursula, celebrated the birth of their son, Raymond in 1961. For many years Emanuel was a well-respected master plumber in New York City before he and Ursula bought a house and retired to Florida. They spent the latter years of their life taking cruises and traveling the world. Emanuel was a talented and charming man, always ready with a joke or witty remark. A man of many hobbies, in retirement, Emanuel and Ursula created stained glass artwork together that they gifted to family and decorated their home with. Emanuel follows his youngest son Raymond and his wife Ursula. Emanuel is survived by his eldest son Werner, his grandchildren Angela, Nichole, and Emanuel, great grandchildren Rowan(4), Rayven(4), Raymond (3), and Ryleigh (2), as well as his sister Jennie Rodaligo.
