Obituary of Rose Louise Malpede

Please share a memory of Rose to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Rose Malpede died peacefully at home on November 6, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was 94. Born in Brooklyn, NY she moved to Florida in 1987. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband Frank, her loving son Michael and her precious grandson Steven. Even with all that loss she managed to smile through it and enrich the lives of those around her. She embraced her role of mother, grandmother, nanny and grammy. She treasured every moment with her family. She is survived by her daughters Theresa Caruso (Frank), Susan Canoro (Bernard dec'd), Rosemarie Sterlein (Louis), Deborah Argento, and Angela Mowry (Carl). From this little lady sprang 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild who all loved her dearly. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in her honor to a children's charity of your choice. I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an after-glow of smiles when my day is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of the happy times, the laughing times, the bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve for me to dry tonight before the setting of the sun, and to think of all the happy memories I leave behind when my day is done.
