"Craig Thomas Flynn. Loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away August 20, 2021 in Spring Hill, FL. Craig was born to Margaret (McCann) Flynn McDonald and the late Thomas Flynn Sr. on July 8, 1955 in Port Chester, NY. He was preceded in death by his father and sisters, Karen Flynn and Mary Flynn. He is survived by his mother, Margaret, his wife, Elizabeth McGhee Flynn, his daughters, Michele Flynn and Kelly Flynn Combast, his step-children, Melanie Kilgallon and Nicholas McGhee, his grandchildren, Ryley Fullerton and Jaxon Combast and his brothers, John, Thomas and Gary Flynn. He attended Port Chester High School in New York. He enlisted in the US Army at the age of seventeen and served for two years, He worked for The Village of Larchmont Highway and Parks Departments as well as a truck driver for various construction companies. He was a member the American Legion Post #90 in Mamaroneck, NY. Craig enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed gardening and painting, classic movies and westerns, and a wide array of music genres. He was also a history buff. Craig lived in Westchester County, NY and raised his children in Fairfield County, CT before retiring in Spring Hill, FL. Craig had a great sense of humor and contagious laugh. He had a strong will to live. He was courageous and fought until the end. He was beloved by all of his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. May he Rest in Peace."
