1956-2021
Mickey J. Smith (64) of Springhill lost his battle to cancer May 28th, 2021. He was born on December 21st, 1956 in Tampa, FL to Robert and Pearl Smith. Mickey is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Holly Smith, 4 children, Mickey Smith Jr. (Donna) Nisha "Smith" Morris (Brian), Paul and Bobby Smith. Mickey had 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren on the way. Mickey is also survived by his 2 brothers Jerry and Norman as well as 2 sisters Bit and Sunday. Mickey was employed by Waste Management where he worked as a Diesel Mechanic for 25 years. In his free time he enjoyed being on water fishing. He also enjoyed keeping a nicely landscaped yard! Mickey enjoyed watching his favorite football team Tampa Bay Buccaneers, nascar, and listening to country music. He will forever be missed and loved!!! On Saturday June 26th at 2 pm the family will have a celebration of life at Red Door 5- 1910 N. Florida Ave. Tampa, 33602
