Obituary of Edward O'Neal

O’NEAL, Edward Wallace May 29th, 1944 – November 20th, 2020 Edward W. O’Neal passed away after complications following a Dementia illness that he struggled with for the last six years. His wife cared for him through his illness. Ed passed away peacefully at Hospice with his wife by his side. He is survived by Becky his wife of 28 years, daughter Nicole, sons Edward Jr. and Lucas from a previous marriage. One grandson, Najee and great granddaughter, Amber Lee. “Eddie”, as his siblings lovingly called him, was the eldest of eight. Surviving siblings are Hector, Juel, Millie and Leon. Ed was called at times, “Fast Eddie” when playing billiards, and Mr. Ed, by his Mariner UMC church family. A Celebration of Life will be held at the beginning of next year.
